Deutsche Finance adds two to investment team

London-based Deutsche Finance International (DFI) has appointed Keith Law and Sally Taylorson-Lavers as general counsel and fund controller, respectively.

The appointments are part of the firm’s expansion of its senior team, charged with implementing the firm’s growth plans and investment strategy.

Law joins DFI from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he spent more than 12 years as a corporate lawyer advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and equity capital markets, with a particular focus on the real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors. He has advised on a total of £25 billion ($31 billion) of transactions, including some for DFI.
