Denmark pension fund appoints first CIO

by Andrea Zander

Kenneth Olsson, who has previously worked at ATP Ejendomme, has been hired as a new investment director for the real estate arm of ATP, Denmark’s biggest pension fund.

He will serve as its first CIO, a newly created role with ATP Real Estate, which covers both Danish and foreign investments and asset management.

Olsson currently works as real estate investment manager for Danish labor-market pension fund Industriens Pension. He worked at ATP Real Estate as portfolio and deputy director from 2003 to 2018.
