Daniel Gorzawski launches European private-equity real estate investment platform

Westwind Capital, a new European private-equity real estate investment platform targeting life sciences and innovation real estate and the living sectors, has been launched by Daniel Gorzawski.

Westwind Capital will pursue a unique pan-European strategy targeting life sciences and innovation real estate and the living sectors, including purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), build-to-rent (BTR) residential, and the more nascent growth sectors of micro-living and co-living. This will leverage Gorzawski’s expertise in alternative real estate, as well as his more than 15 years of real estate investment experience. Prior to founding Westwind Capital, Gorzawski built Harrison Street’s European platform as its first employee on the continent and as head of Europe between 2015 and 2020.
