Cypress appoints new principal to real estate team

Cypress Real Estate Advisors has appointed Alyssa Balough as a principal where she will focus on fundraising and other capital markets initiatives.

She most recently served as a vice president at Lionstone Investments, where she led various fundraising initiatives for six years helping the firm to grow assets under management from $2 billion to more than $7 billion. Prior to Lionstone, she was based in New York with Grove International Partners, a global real estate investment manager.
