Cube makes first investment in temperature-controlled logistics market

Cube Infrastructure Managers is acquiring a 78 percent stake in French temperature-controlled logistics operator Dispam for Cube Infrastructure Fund III, in partnership with Pascal Masse, chairman of the company, who has led its successful development over four decades and will retain a 22 percent stake.

Dispam marks Cube’s first investment in the temperature-controlled logistics market.

Dispam is a multi-regional logistics provider that provides temperature-controlled transport for fresh food and perishable goods.
