CrossHarbor Capital Partners has secured $800 million for its 10th opportunity fund, CrossHarbor Institutional Partners 2021 (CIP 2021), IREI has learned.
CIP 2021 launched in February 2021. Like its predecessor funds, CIP 2021 will target high-yield debt and equity investment opportunities across the United States.
The fund plans to invest across the capital stack, across all property sectors, and in varied market conditions.
CrossHarbor declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
