by Andrea Zander

Cromwell Property Group has agreed to acquire 100 Creek Street, a 24-story office tower in Brisbane, Australia, for A$184.7 million ($136.87 million), on behalf of Cromwell Direct Property Fund (DPF).

Located in Brisbane’s Golden Triangle, 100 Creek Street is a contemporary class B office tower in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. The building has a total net lettable area of 20,223 square meters (217,679 square feet) with rental income underpinned by a diverse mix of tenants.

The acquisition follows the fund’s acquisition of 545 Queen Street in Brisbane in May.
