Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group has appointed Matthew Bird as its head of United Kingdom.
Bird has more than 20 years’ commercial real estate experience, most recently as director and head of commercial at Octane Capital. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Legal & General Real Assets and Frogmore, the U.K. private equity real estate manager.
