Cousins Properties sells office buildings in Orlando for $208m

Cousins Properties has sold a portfolio of three office buildings with more than 1 million square feet in Orlando, Fla., for a total of $208.1 million.

Southwest Value Partners was the buyer.

The assets include the 27-story Bank of America Center, 19-story One Orlando Centre and 18-story Citrus Center. As of Sep 30, 2017, the office portfolio was 84.2 percent leased.

The company also sold its 20 percent stake in Courvoisier Center - a 343,000-square-foot property in Miami. The interest was sold to the joint venture partner for $33.9 million.
