Cording expands U.K. private-rented sector team

The Cording Real Estate Group, a European real estate investment firm focusing on Germany, the United Kingdom and the Benelux countries, has expanded its U.K. team focused on the private-rented sector (PRS) of the apartment market.

John Molloy was appointed senior project manager, construction. He will be responsible, among other things, for the project management of the Saffron Court PRS project development in Nottingham, England.

He joins the firm from CRL, where he was responsible as a risk management/warranty surveyor, overseeing construction in a variety of locations and projects, including large housing estates and the redesign of office to residential buildings.

Earlier, Molloy had worked as a project manager for Kerin Contract Management in Ireland. He also gained experience at the Network Housing Group, where he led several advisory teams on financing models, site acquisition, contract management, and project delivery, including new build, refurbishment and refurbishment projects in London and Hertfordshire.
