The ConAm Group, a provider of multifamily management solutions and real estate investment, has plans to launch a new real estate multifamily opportunity fund, ConAm 2019 Multifamily Opportunity Fund, according to Real Estate Alert.
The ConAm Group seeks to acquire value-added apartment communities and currently operates as the general partner and property manager for more than 8,000 apartment units. These active market areas include Arizona, California, the Carolinas, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
The closed-end real estate fund has a maximum fundraising target of $200 million, according to Real Estate Alert.
