Commerz Real has acquired a 25-percent stake in the Elbtower high-rise development by SIGNA Real Estate in the HafenCity district of Hamburg, Germany, for its open-ended real estate fund Hausinvest.
The 245-meter-high (804-foot) Elbtower will form the eastern end of HafenCity
Construction of the mixed-use high-rise building at Elbbrucken is scheduled to start in early 2023 and to be completed by the end of 2025.
