Commerz Real has acquired a fully leased office ensemble in Germany, comprising 10,900 square meters (117,330 square feet) and located in Cologne’s Neustadt-Nord district, for around €60 million ($73 million).
The seller is the real estate company Koln Oppenheimstraße GbR.
Tenants include DEVK Ruckversicherung und Beteiligungs-AG, Aachener Grundvermogen Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office and Evo Payments.
