Columbia Pacific Advisors launches real estate fund

Columbia Pacific Advisors, a Seattle-based investment manager, has launched a new real estate fund, Columbia Pacific Real Estate Fund III, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

Through its real estate investing, Columbia Pacific Advisors leverages in-house development, structuring and capital allocation experience to construct diversified portfolios of assets including senior housing, multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, self-storage and other opportunistic projects.

The firm has already raised $49 million for the fund so far, according to the filing.

The fund’s predecessor, Columbia Pacific Real Estate Fund II, held a $170 million final close in 2016 and Columbia Pacific Real Estate Fund I held a $130 million final close in 2013.

Since 2006, Columbia Pacific Advisors has completed more than $10 billion in transactions.
