Colisée expands its European footprint

Colisée has acquired STS Grup, a nursing home provider in Spain. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

STS Grup’s six facilities representing approximately 600 beds in Catalonia will join the Colisée Group and further strengthen its leading position in Europe in the nursing home and homecare services segments.

Colisée has more than 114 nursing home facilities and 70 home care services agencies in France, Italy and Spain.

Colisée welcomed the IK VIII Fund, advised by IK Investment Partners, as the majority shareholder in June 2017. Since then, the firm has grown steadily both organically and through buy-and-build, adding 24 nursing facilities to its portfolio.
