Cobalt Partners plans $200m mixed-use development in Milwaukee

Cobalt Partners has plans to develop a $200 million mixed-use property in the Milwaukee suburb of Bayside, Wis., as part of its OneNorth project.

The project includes a 30-story apartment tower, grocery store, restaurants and office buildings. It will be assembled on nearly 28 acres.

Construction is expected to begin in spring 2019. It would be one of Wisconsin’s tallest buildings, 14 stories shorter than Wisconsin’s tallest tower, the U.S. Bank building.
