Chevalier International Holdings buys office in London

by Andrea Zander

Hong Kong-listed Chevalier International Holdings has agreed to buy a City of London office building, 30 King Street, for £45.9 million (€55 million/$62.4 million), according to a stock exchange filing.

The seller was BBC Pension Trust.

Built in 2009, the property totals 35,470 square feet.

The latest deal follows Chevalier’s office acquisition in London last July. The group acquired 1-3 Hammersmith Broadway in the West End for £21 million (€25.2 million/$28.5 million) from BC Hammersmith Property.
