CenterSquare hires Paul Peszt as vice president
CenterSquare Investment Management has hired Paul Peszt to be a vice president in the private real estate group. Jeffrey Reder, senior vice president with CenterSquare, has confirmed the hire.
Peszt began working in the real estate industry when he left his position as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch & Co. to join ACI Apartments in San Diego. Peszt then joined PM Realty Advisors in 2000, where he worked with David Rabin, managing director at CenterSquare, for three years. In 2003, Peszt joined Invesco Real Estate and was an acquisitions officer and asset manager for a diversified portfolio of institutional quality real estate. Peszt worked with Invesco
