Centerscape Investments acquires Polish retail portfolio

Centerscape Investments has acquired two retail parks located in Warsaw and Inowroclaw, Poland, from Hunter REIM. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The properties offer 4,550 square meters (48,976 square feet) of leasable space, with Netto chain as the grocery anchor operator for both. The company is closing on a purchase of another property from the portfolio, a retail park in Torun.

The second property comprises 1,424 square meters (15,328 square feet), with Netto also the grocery anchor.
