CBREGI launches £300m long income fund

by Andrea Zander

CBRE Global Investors has raised £300 million ($393 million) of seed capital, including by clients of AON, for the CBRE U.K. Long Income Fund.

The fund seeks to provide low-risk, low-volatility, liability-matching cash flows from U.K. institutional investors.

CBRE U.K. LIF will invest in assets with long leases of at least 15 years with inflation-linked or fixed increases, seeking to provide income security and inflation protection.
