CBRE Investment Management appoints director of transactions & asset management logistics in the Nordics

CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has appointed Justine Weber Bret as director of transactions & asset management logistics in the Nordics. She will be based in Stockholm.

Reporting to Laurie Lagarde, head of EMEA logistics operator division, she will source, acquire and manage logistics and industrial assets.

The appointment marks a further strengthening of the CBRE IM’s Nordic team, following the recent appointment of Jenny Tuleby as head of transactions and investment operations Nordics. Joining from NCAP in Sweden, where, as investment director Weber was responsible for sourcing and acquiring real estate in Sweden on behalf of international investors through all sectors and risk/return profiles. Prior to this, she worked at Steen & Ström as asset management leader Sweden. In Weber’s early career she spent six years with CBRE Global Investors (now CBRE IM) in fund management and transaction roles.
