CBRE Investment Management’s private infrastructure portfolio company WANRack has agreed to acquire Kansas-based fixed wireless and fiber-to-the-home provider KwiKom Communications.
WANRack specializes in custom fiber-optic network deployments providing broadband connectivity services, primarily to K-12 school districts across the United States. KwiKom builds and operates fiber-optic and fixed-wireless broadband networks that serve residential and business customers in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Nebraska.
