Larissa Belova has joined CBRE Global Investors as a senior director and deputy portfolio manager for one of the firm’s core investment strategies in the Americas. In this role, she will be responsible for portfolio-level oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management, as well as investor relations and capital raising.

Belova brings 17 years of real estate experience to her role, with expertise in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, structured finance, capital raising, and investor relations. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, she was a senior vice president at Thor Equities, where she led global institutional client development and capital raising and structured and executed more than $2.5 billion in transactions of high street retail, office, and mixed-use assets in the United States and Western Europe. Prior to Thor, she had roles as a director in the investment management division of Jonathan Rose Cos., head of investor relations at the Praedium Group and a portfolio manager of a large pool of industrial, office, retail and ground-leased assets owned by the City of New York while at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Belova began her real estate career in 2002 at Lexington Realty Trust.

“We are excited to add Larissa to our team,” said Kim Hourihan, senior managing director and portfolio manager, CBRE Global Investors Americas. “She will bring even more firepower to our already strong platform.”
