CBRE Global Investors has appointed Nathalie Dos Santos as head of asset management for France.
Dos Santos will be responsible for the asset management of €2.6 billion ($2.86 billion) of assets in France across logistics, retail, offices and residential. She also will head up the team of nine asset managers and analysts.
Dos Santos has more than 20 years of asset management experience and most recently worked at LFPI REIM as the head of asset management. For the past 14 years, Dos Santos has been responsible for a €1 billion ($1.1 billion) portfolio representing 469,000 square meters (5 million square feet) in offices, warehouses, retail and hotels.
