The $465 billion California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) has committed $800 million to the perpetual life vehicle, Blackstone BioMed Life Science Real Estate fund, IREI has learned.
Blackstone BioMed Life Science Real Estate Partners is a commingled, specialty-niche real estate fund managed by Blackstone. The fund invests in life-science properties in the United States.
