CA Ventures appoints operations director of PBSA management platform

CA Ventures (CA), a vertically integrated real estate investment management company, has hired Sarah Quinn as operations director of Novel Student, CA’s in-house PBSA management platform.

In her new role, Quinn will oversee the operational excellence and financial performance of CA’s properties in lease-up and operations. She will also manage CA’s regional managers across Europe and other members of its operations team, including the growing team of leasing and operating staff onsite.

Prior to joining CA, she served as head of operations for Moda Living, where she oversaw the set up and running of the operational platform of one of the U.K.’s largest branded built-to-rent portfolios.
