Broadshore Capital appoints Bryan Meyer as managing director

Broadshore Capital Partners has appointed Bryan Meyer as managing director, to lead the firm’s multifamily investment activities in Los Angeles.

In his new role, Meyer will be responsible for developing and implementing Broadshore’s multifamily investment strategies, including overseeing the work of the firm’s acquisition team in analyzing markets and properties across the country to identify opportunities and secure and complete transactions, according to the firm.

In addition, he will coordinate with the multifamily operating team to ensure the creation and execution of property operation strategies that both maintain and enhance the properties and valuations and generate solid returns for Broadshore’s investment clients.

Meyer previously served for 25 years at Essex Property Trust, the third-largest multifamily REIT in the United States, with more than $22 billion in assets under management.
