British Land launches new flexible space concept

British Land has established Storey Club, a new concept offering customers additional flexible space with quality services.

The 9,230-square-meter (100,000-square-foot) club space, designed by Gensler, includes a lounge area for informal meetings over coffee or lunch and several themed meetings rooms available for private dinners, corporate functions and events. As well as the space, services such as catering and on-site technical support are provided by the Storey Club team.

Storey Club will add to British Land’s campus offer of delivering workspace on traditional or flexible leases in mixed-use environments. The first Storey Club will open at 4 Kingdom Street, Paddington Central, in London and will be open to all Storey members and the 30 other occupiers at the campus. Paddington Central is also home to several new restaurants, bars and gyms including Coco Di Mama, Vagabond and Beany Green.
