Utah-based Bridge Investment Group has launched a new fund to invest in single-family properties in the United States.
Bridge Single-Family Rental Fund IV opened to investors on Jan. 21 with a $1 billion fundraising target, according to a filing with the SEC.
In December 2021, Bridge Investment Group launched a single-family rental strategy through a transaction with Gorelick Brothers Capital. With the transaction, Bridge Investment Group agreed to acquire a portfolio of single-family homes owned by GBC-managed vehicles, as well as a 60 percent stake in GBC’s business.
