BPM names managing director in firm’s real estate group

Accounting and advisory firm BPM has appointed James Su as managing director in the firm’s real estate industry group.

Su, who comes to BPM with more than 20 years of consulting experience in the real estate and construction industries and more than 15 years’ experience at the Big Four, will oversee the firm’s cost segregation practice and advise on real estate tax and advisory projects.

The move marks the latest expansion to BPM’s growing real estate group.

BPM’s Real Estate Industry Group offers audit, tax and advisory services to individuals, private equity funds and private REITs.
