Bouwinvest appoints new senior portfolio manager European investments

Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors has appointed Hielke Bokma as senior portfolio manager European Investments.

Bokma is making an internal transfer from the company’s Dutch transaction team, where he worked as acquisition manager on residential and healthcare-related assets.

Bouwinvest manages three integrated international real estate mandates on behalf of bpfBOUW (Europe, Asia-Pacific and Europe mandates) and invests indirectly in both listed and non-listed entities, joint ventures, co-investments and club deals.

Hielke previously worked as head of research at Bouwinvest and in the financial restructuring and recovery department of Rabobank, one of the Netherlands’ leading banks.
