BNY Mellon pays $352m for land beneath Manhattan office building

Bank of New York Mellon has paid $352 million for the land beneath the office building at 101 Barclay St. in Manhattan, according to The Real Deal.

The company bought the land from the City of New York.

BNY has occupied the office building, also known as 240 Greenwich Street, for more than 30 years.
