BNP Paribas REIM acquires office in Vienna 

BNP Paribas REIM has completed NEIF II Fund last investment with the acquisition of “Inno Plaza” building in Vienna that was signed in December 2017. 

The LEED Gold office complex is located in the heart of the office district Euro Plaza. The 18,200-square-meter (196,000-square-foot) class A office accommodation has three tenants.

The asset was bought on the behalf of the NEIF II Fund, representing more than €900 million GAV.

As of today, 100 percent of our investors’ capital is deployed through 13 green certified buildings located in six different countries in the euro zone. Since the launch of the fund, our portfolio has delivered a total return a
