BNP Paribas Real Estate establishes new consulting service

BNP Paribas Real Estate has acquired a French supply chain management firm and established a new consulting service line in an effort to increase the firm’s service offer for logistics assets.

The move comes in an effort to maximize efficiency for industry players by modernizing their supply chain.

The service will execute this by providing upstream support for the integrated and interlocking services that BNP Paribas Real Estate offers its investor and occupier clients when implementing their logistics masterplans, such as renting or buying premises, turnkey transactions, investment, valuation, and property management, according to BNP Paribas.

The founding partners of TRAKER Performance Makers, Mike Haziza and Erwan Giraud, will head the new division, “Logistics and Supply Chain Consulting,” supported by a team of 10 consultants.
