Blue Vista Capital Management has launched a second fund in its student housing select strategies series.
The new fund, Blue Vista Student Housing Select Strategies Fund II, is looking to raise $300 million in capital commitments to invest in value-add student housing assets in the United States.
The previous fund in the series targeted the same amount of capital, raising $241 million by its final close in December 2016. Both funds follow the same investment strategy.
Blue Vista employs core, core-plus, opportunistic and value-add investment styles. The firm has made investments in all real estate asset classes.
