Blackstone increase bid for Investa Office Fund

Two funds affiliated with Blackstone have increased its offer for Investa Office Fund, adding A$120 million ($88 million).

Its original offer of A$3.1 billion ($2.28 billion) was increased to A$3.2 billion ($2.34 billion).

Investa owns a portfolio of 20 core office assets located in CBD locations in primary Australian cities such as Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
