Blackstone to buy 24 centers from Goodman

Luxemburg-based Blackstone Property Partners Europe Lower Fund 2, a fund managed by Blackstone, has plans to acquire 24 logistics centers from Goodman.

The fund intends to buy assets and shares in a number of companies that own properties in Poland, France and Germany. The companies include:
