Berkeley Partners, a San Francisco– and Dallas-based value-add real estate investment firm, has a sixth fund in the market, Berkeley Partners Value Industrial Fund VI, according to an SEC filing.
Its predecessor Berkeley Partners Value Industrial Fund V is a $400 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2020 and closed in 2021. The fund is currently being invested.
Berkeley Partners did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
