Wes Ahrens has been hired as the senior vice president of asset management for Canadian firm Bentall Kennedy. Ahrens will lead the firm’s industrial asset management team, which has offices nationwide, from the company’s San Francisco office.
Ahrens has 30 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management and development, having worked with firms including Prudential Real Estate Investors, Crescent Capital Group, and RREEF (now known as Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management), in the past.
