Bascom and Milestone form new sponsor capital fund

The Bascom Group and Milestone Real Estate Partners have formed a joint venture called Bascom Milestone Ventures (Milestone Partners).

Milestone Partners will provide funding to sponsors to help them capitalize their general partner interest in value-added, opportunistic and development joint venture real estate transactions.

Milestone Partners plans to invest more than $50 million of sponsor capital over the next three years and will target high teens returns. Milestone Partners will allocate its capital throughout the United States and invest across all asset types and strategies.

Milestone Partners was formed to create a reliable, flexible, institutional capital source dedicated to capitalizing the general partner or managing member position of joint venture real estate transactions.
