AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets has selected BNP Paribas Real Estate to manage part of the firm’s 32-asset property portfolio in Belgium, following a competitive call for tenders.
As of July 1, BNP Paribas provides AXA with property management services for a total of 37 assets in Belgium, representing a total area of more than 700,000 square meters (7.5 million square feet).
The portfolio will be added to five assets already managed by BNP Paribas on behalf of AXA IM – RA in Belgium.
BNP Paribas has 43 million square meters (462 million square feet) of commercial real estate under management and is established in 13 countries.
