AXA IM Alts starts construction urban residential regeneration project in San Siro, Milan

AXA IM Alts has begun construction of a 30,000-square-meter (322,920-square-foot) urban residential regeneration scheme in the San Siro neighborhood of northwest Milan.

The project’s residential units will be 50 percent affordable housing. Redbrick will act as development manager.

In line with AXA IM Alts’ sustainable investment approach, the apartments will be powered entirely by renewable energy sources and residents will benefit from on-site electric vehicle charging points.
