Avison Young appoints Harry Klaff as its U.S. president

Avison Young has named Harry Klaff as its U.S. president.

Klaff succeeds Juan Bueno, who is leaving the firm for a new opportunity.

He will continue to operate out of Washington, D.C., overseeing the firm’s U.S. markets and leading its 2,000-plus employees.

Since joining Avison Young in October 2020 as president of clients, Klaff has led the firm’s client-engagement platform, leveraging its collaborative culture to build connectivity across service lines. As the firm’s U.S. president, Klaff will continue to build relationships globally as he has during the past three years. He also will work closely with Avison Young’s market and functional leads across the U.S., developing strong, customized go-to-market strategies that resonate within different sectors and asset classes.
