Australian university plans A$1.5b transit-oriented precinct

Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia, has unveiled a A$1.5 billion ($1.1 billion) plan to build Adelaide’s largest health and education precinct at its Bedford Park campus, reported Urban Developer.

The development could potentially bring 5,000 extra international students to Adelaide. The university also plans to increase the number of student residential spaces to accommodate 3,000 new beds.
