Atrium completes €341m in transactions in Poland

Atrium European Real Estate together with the Atrium Group has completed €341 million ($382 million) of transactions in Poland, including the sale of two assets, and one acquisition.

The firm sold two Polish shopping centers, Atrium Koszalin and Atrium Felicity, to a fund managed by ECE Real Estate Partners for €298 million ($334 million).

Atrium also purchased the King Cross Praga shopping center in Warsaw for €43 million ($48 million), marking the fifth asset in the firm’s Warsaw portfolio. According to Atrium, the well-established asset offers future redevelopment opportunities.

“These transactions show further progress of our ongoing strategy to focus on quality assets in prime urban locations, and in particular capital cities, where we believe we can deliver stronger and more sustainable income in the long term,” said Liad Barzilai, CEO of Atrium Group in a statement.
