Atrium completes €302m acquisition

Atrium European Real Estate has completed the purchase of the Wars Sawa Junior retail center in Warsaw, Poland, for €301.5 million ($344 million), previously reported by IREN in August 2018.

Following the acquisition, 84 percent of the company’s portfolio is located in Poland and the Czech Republic and includes four prime centers in Warsaw and two in Prague.
