The Jacksonville (Fla.) Police & Fire Pension Fund (PFPF) has committed $25 million to Artemis Real Estate Partners Healthcare Fund II on behalf of its non-core real estate allocation.

Artemis Real Estate Partners Healthcare Fund II is seeking value-add-type returns, targeting medical offices, senior housing and debt investments.
