Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund IV, a value-add fund managed by Artemis Real Estate Partners, has captured more than $1.9 billion of commitments, according to a recent filing with the SEC.

Artemis makes equity and debt investments in real estate across the United States, with a focus on multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, senior housing and medical office. The firm specializes in joint-venture partnerships and direct investments.

Artemis Fund IV will target value-add investments in property types such as apartments, office, industrial, healthcare, self-storage, hotels and retail.

IREI understands Artemis had set the fundraising target at $1.5 billion. The fund has attracted capital from several U.S. pension funds, including the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the City of Baltimore Employees and Elected Officials Retirements Syst
