Arrow Global launches Dutch real estate platform

Arrow Global Group has launched its new Dutch asset management platform, Mica Real Estate.

The platform will operate as an asset and investment management platform for various investment strategies within the Dutch real estate market for Arrow’s funds and other third-party capital.

Mica Real Estate’s portfolio will encompass a large number of assets including sustainable offices, life sciences, retail, residential and hospitality. Leveraging local expertise, knowledge, networks and active asset management, the platform will acquire well-located assets in need of repositioning. The Mica Real Estate team will be led by Mark Debets, formerly with Hudson/Lone Star, and Timo van den Noort, previously of the Fortress Investment Group. The company’s headquarters are in Amsterdam.
