Ares Management has invested CHF200 million (€186 million/$217 million) in Peach Property Group AG, a property investor and developer focused on investments in Germany and publicly listed in Switzerland.
The investment, which was undertaken via a subordinated mandatory convertible bond, will result in Ares becoming the largest single shareholder of Peach Property Group AG, with an interest of approximately 30 percent.
